Mustra (Music Trade) is a music market, where professionals from all fields of the music industry can provide services in the making of any musical project in the world - from their own studio.

How it works?

On Mustra service providers in the field of music production offer their services that they can "deliver" online. They establish the conditions of cooperation, present the representative audio and video examples of their work, outline what is best for them in the offer for customers - playing, singing, mixes, production, education, etc. All communication is done through the Mustra system. Customers are required to publish a review of what they purchased on Mustra. When the buyer purchases the produced audio material, the payment is done through Pay Pal service, as well as the E-pay system (for the entities from Serbia). The buyer has the opportunity to listen to the offered material and, if satisfied, with one click buy it and download it. Mustra retains the commission from the seller. Profits and Privileges: For vendors, profits are obvious - Mustra carries out all the necessary marketing to sell what they are best for. Customers, using Mustra, have the privilege and the ability to search and use the offers of creative and talented artists around the world.

Seller Questions:

How can I offer my services on Mustra?

Very simple. Open your profile on Mustra. Follow the instructions. It's completely free to join. All services must have a fixed price, description of your service and a representative audio file of your work.

How many percent takes Mustra from my order?

Mustra takes 14% commission, from the seller. Except when a buyer and seller are from Serbia, then the commission is 10% from the seller.

What happens after someone order my "service"?

When a customer clicks on the order button, a pop-up window will appear, where he will need to confirm once again that he wants to make an order
- when confirmed, notification notifications (notifications) to the buyer and seller will be sent
- When the seller creates a file, he uploads 2 audio files on the order page - one file is a sample (where the seller determines the length of his duration), and the second file is a full audio file (the whole package)
- On the order page, only sample audio is visible (until the buyer pays the money); sample audio can be played in the player

Who can leave a review on my profile?

A review, which is a very important part of the platform, can be left exclusively by users of your services.

How and when will I be paid for cooperation with my client?

The buyer determines whether to buy a particular service or not - based on listening to a sample audio file that the vendor pops up on the Order page. If a buyer likes the sample and decides to pay to take over the entire file, he will pay the seller via Paypal account which he indicated to use on Mustra. Three days after this payment, the seller will transfer money to his Paypal account. He will then receive an e-mail notification.

How do I set an audio file for my profile work?

When a customer orders a service, the notification will be mailed to the seller and linked to the Order page. Previously, the seller and buyer agreed on everything through a messaging system. On the Order page, which can be seen only by the buyer and seller, in the exact place marked for this seller should upload 2 audio files. One file is a sample that serves as a preview that the customer can hear part of what he has ordered - and on the basis of that, he decides whether to buy the whole service or not. The other file is a "full service" and this appears on the Order page only when / if it decides to pay for that service.

How can I prevent unauthorized use of my work?

Good practice is to deliver an unfinished, low-resolution (MP3) before the final delivery of high-resolution files. In this way, you can get a confirmation from the client that everything is fine and creative from a production point of view. If you have a client's approval, before your final delivery, then there should be little reason to challenge your final delivered deal.

What are some good ways to promote your service and get more bookings on Mustra?

- Start with great pictures. While the pictures may have nothing to do with what you can do in the studio, they are the first thing that will catch the client for the eye. So carefully choose the images that represent you and what you offer.
- Put audio and video clips. Both of these elements together provide potential customers with the real feeling of what they are doing and increase the likelihood of a customer contacting you.

What happens when a service dealer wants to directly pay off the Mustra?

If the seller of the service tries to charge you outside of the Mustra payment system, you do not accept it. If you work outside the Mustra system, you lose all customer protection. You and your service provider also violate our Terms of Service, and as such your accounts will be suspended or terminated.

How do I leave a review?

When the work is delivered, the customer has 3 days to write a review for the seller or Mustra will give the seller the best rating for the delivered service after this time.
