Services on MUSTRA are offered at a fixed price determined by the seller. Only registered users can buy and sell services on MUSTRA. Registration is free.
MUSTRA services are for any music or audio service that can be delivered remotely via the Internet via the MUSTRA system.
Services should be ordered using the 'Send' button on the service page or custom bid.
Sellers are paid after successful execution of the order. MUSTRA charges the seller with a 7% commission. Sellers can not offer to accept payments using any method other than the customer who gives the order via MUSTRA.

All communication and direction relating to the order must be documented on the MUSTRA account page. Out-of-place communication can lead to warnings, suspensions of accounts and disqualification from the PLATFORM MUSTRA dispute settlement process.
Buyers and sellers of MUSTRA are human beings. Misuse, rude, inappropriate language or violent messages sent to other users of PLATFORM MUSTRA will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your account.
Never use PayPal or a credit card company to invert a fee or request a refund from MUSTRA. This will make your MUSTRA account suspended. Always contact our customer support team at PLATFORMS MUSTRA.
Your use of the Website and Services PLATFORM MUSTRA implies that you have understood and agreed to this MUSTRA Agreement on the Terms of Service ("Terms of Service" or "Agreement").
MUSTRA may also limit your use of MUSTRA for any reason it deems necessary.
MUSTRA reserves the right to change the market content by pausing or deleting any service or order based on its discretion. Users with retained invoices will not be able to sell or buy on MUSTRA.
You agree to use PLATFORM MUSTRA at your own risk. MUSTRA makes no representations or warranties that any material, images or files obtained from or through PLATFORM MUSTRA are free from computer viruses or other errors or defects. It is your responsibility to take general precautionary measures against computer viruses.
MUSTRA is not responsible if you do not receive email from MUSTRA or other PLATFORM MUSTRA users, if such e-mails go to your spam, if the files are lost or for any other reason. All MUSTRA users need to set up their e-mail programs for receiving e-mails from PLATFORM MUSTRA and need to back up all files on their equipment.
MUSTRA does not make any statements or warranties regarding inaccuracies, typographical errors or other defects that may become part of the material or content available on this Site.
You can not send or upload any material or information on the platform MUSTRA that is harmful, contains corrupt computer code, a virus, or be malicious or harmful, or who tried to corrupt or change the material, pictures, information or files on the platform MUSTRA. You can not use the platform MUSTRA to send or post any material that is pornographic, abusive, libelous, unlawful, promotional, spam, copyrighted or otherwise harmful. Materials and images on MUSTRA as well as the name MUSTRA are property of MUSTRA and are protected by the copyright and trademark law. You can see the PLATFORM MUSTRA name, materials and images on your computer for use PLATFORM MUSTRA services, but you can not use the platform MUSTRA name, material or images in any way without the written permission of the platform MUSTRA.
METHOD OF SOLVING DISPUTES
MUSTRA encourages its buyers and sellers to try to resolve conflicts among themselves. If for any reason this fails, disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved by contacting the PLATFORM MUSTRA customer support team at PLATFORMS MUSTRA, while the order is still pending.
When a dispute is initiated, the buyer and the seller cease all communications, and MUSTRA will try to mediate the dispute. MUSTRA requires a period of up to 14 days to review any communication of the order and details before the beginning of the mediation.
When a customer orders a service, the seller will be notified on his MUSTRA account and by e-mail.
Every Service that the seller sells and successfully delivers accredits the account of the PLATFORM MUSTRA seller with a net income from the determined selling price minus the MUSTRA 7% commission. MUSTRA accredits sellers when the order is complete. The order is completed when the customer reviews the work done or 3 days after the delivery of the work (depending on which one is the first).
Sellers can not include outbound links (websites, social media sites, etc.) or direct any URLs within their services, images, or videos.
The seller's estimate is calculated based on feedback received from customers, the amount of canceled orders and late deliveries.
Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying all income taxes through PLATFORM MUSTRA. Detailed income information can be found in the report section of your PayPal account.
We recommend sellers to invest in self-promotion, to be realistic in times of craft, to deliver on time, and to continuously provide great customer service in order to attract favorable criticism and make their listings stand out on PLATFORMS MUSTRA.
Customers can pay for services purchased on MUSTRA using the PayPal portal via PLATFORM MUSTRA. The user can not pay to other users directly using his PayPal account or use any other payment method outside the Paypal portal via PLATFORM MUSTRA. In case you were asked to use an alternative method of payment, please immediately report it via email MUSTRA.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created.
Customers pay PLATFORMS MUSTRA for all orders after the ordered service has been executed.
DELIVERY OF DELIVERY & COMMUNICATIONS
You are responsible for scanning all downloaded files for viruses and malware. MUSTRA will not be liable for any damages that may occur due to the use of the site, the use of uploaded content or files.
When the job is delivered, the customer has 3 days to write a review for the seller or MUSTRA will give the seller the best grade for the delivered service after this time.
All communications, information and order relating to the order should be made exclusively using the PLATFORM MUSTRA messaging system. Communication outside PLATFORM MUSTRA may result in suspension of accounts and disqualification of users from PLATFORM MUSTRA dispute resolution.
Sellers can not offer to accept payments using any method other than the customer who gives the order via PLATFORM MUSTRA.
Accepting revenue requires that you have a valid PayPal account. Make sure your PayPal account can receive incoming payments before withdrawing funds.
Your MUSTRA profile can be linked only to one PayPal account and this is a PayPal account not related to Serbia. This association is permanent and can not be changed.
Revenues are only available for retirement after a 7-day security period.
Payments will be processed within 72 hours.
CANCELLED ORDERS / REFUGEES
Sellers are obliged to respect the duration of the delivery that they designated when creating their services.
Both buyers and sellers have the ability to cancel the order by mutual agreement.
The seller can cancel the account at any time.
AUTHORITY AND RESTRICTIONS
Unless it is clearly indicated in the text of the service description in the second case, at the time of the delivery of the work to the seller, the seller grants to the buyer all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, the copyright for the work that is delivered from the seller as a job for employment The Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Serbia. However, any copyright assignment depends on the agreement between the buyer and the seller in which the seller transfers all rights to and from the Sales Agent's income. It's up to you to know your rights. Again, the transfer of copyright from the seller to the buyer depends on the seller and the customer who signs the contract. MUSTRA is not responsible for the lack of a buyer or seller of such contracts.
You can give your contracts (renting work or other).
Sellers further claim that all information they receive from the buyer, and which are not a public domain, will not be used for any purpose other than for the delivery of a transaction to the buyer. Moreover, users agree that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, content users voluntarily create / upload to MUSTRA PLATFORM, including service text, images, videos, user names, user photos, user videos, and any other information that may be used by MUSTRA regardless of marketing and / or any other purpose.
MUSTRA content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). MUSTRA is not checked by the user who uploaded / created the content due to copyright infringement, trademark or other rights. We invite everyone to report suspicious offenses together with proof of ownership. Reported misdemeanor content will be removed. By offering a service, the seller claims to have enough permissions to provide, sell or resell the services they offer to PLATFORMA MUSTRA.
MUSTRA accepts no liability or liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from your use of this site.
